dont overthink the "same night" thing too much. adex hits your system pretty fast so taking it with your pin is fine- just dont go the very next morning for bloods or you'll be catching the levels while everything is still spiking like crazy.

i saw that same thread lol. most guys say wait at least 48 hours for the most accurate estrogen reading after taking an ai. if u go too soon the test hasn't even fully converted into estrogen yet so u might get a false low.

if your just doing research for now definitely wait until u've been on the same dose for like 5-6 weeks before getting bloods. checking early on a "new" routine is usually a waste of money since things are still shifting around in your system.

remember adex is pretty powerful stuff so even once a week can tank u if u dont need it. when u do get bloods done make sure u get the "sensitive" estradiol test (lc-ms/ms) or the numbers might be totally off anyway.

i usually go on a wednesday morning if i pinned monday night. gives everything about 36 hours to level out. that seems to be the sweet spot for most of the guys i train with too.
