Man, I really screwed up a good thing.

I was running 175mg of Test E a week along with 20mg of Anavar before my workouts (usually 3x a week). Honestly, it was awesome. My deadlift shot up by 40 pounds, my skin had that healthy glow/oiliness to it, and the minor acne I had didn't even phase me. I was taking .125mg of Arimidex every couple of days, and since I'm a heavy aromatizer, my estrogen was sitting right at the high end of the scale.

The best part? My libido was actually insane. I was like a different person in the bedroom - rock-solid performance and the best finishes of my life.

But then I got in my own head. Being on the high end of "normal" estrogen started wearing on me. I was feeling way too manic and wired, my sleep was a total wreck, and the mood swings were getting old. I was tired of feeling like a "superhuman nutcase," so I decided to up my Arimidex to .25mg every single day for two weeks.

I absolutely tanked my levels.

It was brutal. I woke up depressed every morning, my sex drive completely vanished, and I looked like a ghost. I swear I aged a decade in two weeks. My gym sessions were garbage, I was exhausted constantly, and even my digestion felt like it was shutting down.

I stopped the Adex entirely three weeks ago. I also dialed my Test back a bit to 150mg (splitting it into 50mg doses Mon/Wed/Fri). Most things are back to baseline now, but my libido is still in the gutter. I’m dealing with moderate ED - it works, but I have to really concentrate to get anywhere, and it’s nothing like it was.

Am I just overthinking this and spiraling, or did I actually break something permanently? I know issues come with the territory when you're cycling, but I'm honestly just feeling sorry for myself because everything was so perfect before I messed with it. Will that "god-like" drive ever actually come back?

dude you definitely didn't break anything permanently i promise. estrogen is like the "lube" for your brain and your joints and when it's gone everything just stops working. 0.25mg of adex every day is a massive dose for 175mg of test... no wonder you tanked. just stay patient man it takes a few weeks for the receptors to reset.

honestly the "superhuman nutcase" feeling is usually a sign your e2 is right where it needs to be for peak performance lol. i know the mood swings suck but id take being a bit manic over being a depressed ghost any day. give it another 2 weeks without the AI and you'll probably wake up with a 10/10 morning wood out of nowhere.

i did the exact same thing last year trying to "chase the perfect number" on a lab report instead of just listening to my body. your libido is the last thing to come back after a crash. stop overthinking it because the stress/cortisol from worrying is probably making the ED worse than the actual hormones at this point.

three weeks off the AI is a good start but since you lowered your test dose to 150mg too you're actually producing LESS estrogen to fill that hole you dug. if i were you id go back to the 175mg where you felt like a god and just toss the arimidex in the trash for a month.

lol "aged a decade in two weeks" is the most accurate description of crashed e2 ive ever heard. your skin gets dry and your face looks sunken... it’s brutal. you'll get that drive back man just stop touching the dials for a while and let your body find its equilibrium again.

Man, I feel this in my soul. I’ve been in that "superhuman nutcase" phase where you feel amazing but also like you're vibrating out of your skin. It's so tempting to over-correct. Just give it time, your body is still finding its "new normal" after that crash.

oof. been there brother. crashing your e2 is literally the worst feeling in the world - its like the color just drains out of life. you didnt break anything permanently though i promise. your receptors are just recovering. stay the course with the new dose and dont touch the adex for a while!

Honestly? You’re probably just spiraling a bit. The mental aspect of libido is huge, and if you're stressed about "fixing" it, that’s gonna make the ED way worse. You were dialed in before, you'll get there again. Maybe stop staring at the labs for a few weeks and just let your body do its thing.

2 weeks of .25mg daily?? bro no wonder u felt like a ghost lol. that is a massive dose for 175mg of test. it’s gonna take more than 3 weeks for your neurosteroids and everything to level out. just be patient man, the "god-like" drive will come back once your tissues are hydrated again.
