recovery was the biggest difference for me, felt way more resilient
sounds solid on paper but diet consistency is really what makes it work

that combo is kinda the classic bulk stack for a reason - appetite and recovery usually go through the roof 💪 just be ready to outgrow your clothes fast lol
at 6'1 175 you’ll probably fill out like crazy if you actually keep food high - biggest mistake is people run big cycles but don’t eat enough
deca made my joints feel amazing, lifts went up quick cause everything stopped hurting great for pushing heavier weight
only thing id watch is water retention - scale weight flies up but mirror can lag a bit at first
12 weeks should give you solid real size if training is on point… sleep + food will matter just as much as the compounds 👍
