That shedding is absolutely terrifying when it first starts, but honestly, it’s super common to see a massive "finasteride shed" right at the three or four-week mark. It’s basically just pushing out the old weak hairs to make room for stronger ones, so it might actually be a sign the meds are working. That being said, 375mg isn't exactly a tiny dose, and some guys just have follicles that are extra sensitive to any hormonal shift. Since you're already throwing Accutane into the mix, your body is probably under a ton of stress right now. I’d say give the fin some more time to do its thing before you panic and slash your dose, but if you’re still losing clumps in another month, you might want to rethink that 375mg. Hang in there, losing hair is a mental nightmare but it usually levels out.

that being said 375mg of test is still a decent amount of dht conversion even with the fin in your system. before dropping the dose i’d check if your scalp is itchy or inflamed because the accutane might be drying your skin out so much that it's irritating the follicles too. if it keeps up for another two weeks though i’d definitely consider scaling back the test or at least getting some ketoconazole shampoo to help block the dht locally. hang in there bro the first month is always the sketchiest for hair.
