so right now im on a test deca anadrol bulk-running 300mg of test and 300mg of deca twice a week along with 50mg of anadrol every day. i already had gyno surgery before but they left a tiny bit of the gland behind which im actually getting removed in a few months. anyway that little bit of gland is super sensitive right now and feels all inflamed so i went and got bloods done but here is the weird part. my e2 and prolactin are both totally in range.

im pretty confused because im already taking adex and just a little bit of caber so my numbers look fine on paper. what else could be causing the issue? like i said its getting cut out eventually anyway but i just want to know whats going on in the meantime. if anyone has any ideas id appreciate it

man it sounds like your dealing with straight up mechanical irritation or just sensitivity from the shift in hormones. even if your bloods are "perfect" on paper, that leftover tissue can still react to the huge spike in androgens from the anadrol. drol is notorious for causing gyno-like symptoms even when e2 is low.

I've had something similar happen when i ran anadrol. my e2 was in range but my nipples felt like they were on fire lol. it might just be the "anadrol effect" specifically - some people swear it can hit the receptors directly without needing high estrogen. since your getting it cut out soon i wouldn't panic too much but maybe drop the drol and see if it calms down?

could be a blood pressure thing too? anadrol and deca can make you hold a lot of fluid and sometimes that extra pressure just makes everything feel inflamed and sensitive. if your e2 and prolactin are dialed in then there isnt much else to tweak besides the compounds themselves.

honestly it might just be the fact that you have surgery coming up and your hyper-aware of that spot now. i know when i have a minor injury or something i notice every little "twinge" way more. but yeah-anadrol is a weird one, it doesn't follow the normal rules for estrogen. hang in there man!

dude that sucks but at least the surgery is in sight! i'd bet money its the anadrol. its one of those compounds that just messes with some guys regardless of what their bloodwork says. maybe try some topical dihydrotestosterone or just stick it out since your almost at the finish line anyway. good luck with the procedure!

Anadrol alone can make that tissue feel spicy even if E2 is “normal” on paper - it’s weird like that. Had the same tenderness without crazy labs

Could just be the leftover gland reacting to hormone swings, especially on a heavy bulk stack. Mine would flare up randomly then calm down

Water retention + pressure in that area can make it feel inflamed too. On drol I felt puffy everywhere, chest included

Labs don’t always tell the full story - timing, fluctuations, local tissue sensitivity… lots of stuff that doesn’t show on a single test

Honestly if it’s getting removed soon I’d just baby it for now - loose shirts, avoid smashing chest too hard. That sensitivity sucks man
