if your worried just start at 75-100mg and see. you can always pin more later but u cant un-pin it if the insomnia hits.

the "bare minimum" is whatever lets u sleep through the night imo. if u start waking up at 3am soaked in sweat your dose is too high for a "safe" run. try 100mg and go from there.

hey man being cautious is smart. tren is no joke. 150mg a week is enough to see a huge difference in the mirror without feeling like a crazy person- good luck with the run!
