I’ve done a bit of digging on this, but I keep finding conflicting information. Some sources say Anadrol is progestagenic, others say it isn’t, so I’m not sure what to believe. I’d really like to hear from more experienced users or moderators on this - does it actually have progestagenic activity or not?

If it does, I know controlling estrogen would still be important, but I also happen to have some bromocriptine on hand. That leads to another question though - does bromo help with progesterone-related issues, or is it only effective for prolactin?

Appreciate any insight. Thanks!

The debate on Anadrol is a total headache because it doesn't even make sense on paper. Technically, it’s a DHT derivative, so it shouldn't be able to convert to estrogen at all, and it doesn't really bind to the progesterone receptor like Deca or Tren do. But as anyone who has actually run a heavy dose can tell you, it can still give you some of the nastiest gyno and bloat out of almost anything out there.

yeah anadrol is weird as hell lol on paper it shouldn’t do half the stuff it does but real life says otherwise. i got stupid bloat and nip sensitivity off it even with e2 in range. some ppl say it hits the estrogen receptor directly or messes with prolactin idk but it’s def not a “safe” dry dht like people assume. just gotta respect it and not go crazy with dose imo

As for the bromo, definitely don't waste it on this. Bromo is strictly for crushing prolactin issues—think Deca or Tren leaks. It won't do a single thing for whatever weirdness Anadrol is causing. If you start feeling that familiar itch or sensitivity, your best bet is actually Nolvadex because it’ll jump on those receptors and block the signal directly. Arimidex won't help because there's no actual aromatization happening with Adrol. It’s a beast for strength, but the side effects are just plain weird. Keep the Nolva close and the bromo in the drawer for a rainy 19-nor day.

man the whole anadrol gyno thing is a total mystery and it honestly drives everyone crazy because it doesn't even aromatize into estrogen yet it can give you the worst tits of your life lol. strictly speaking it isn't progestagenic in the same way deca or tren is but it somehow hits the estrogen receptors directly or messes with how your body handles them. it’s like it skips the middle man and just starts wreaking havoc on your chest for no reason.

anadrol is one of those compounds that feels like it exists purely to confuse everybody because on paper half the sides dont even make sense but in real life dudes still end up puffy leaking and questioning science lol. from what i’ve seen bromo is way more of a prolactin tool than some magic fix for every weird hormone issue and chasing progesterone ghosts can get messy fast. honestly with drol it seems like a lot of guys overcomplicate the mechanism when the smarter move is usually just watch your actual symptoms keep estrogen in check and dont start throwing random meds at theoretical problems before they even exist.
