so im currently blasting 750mg of test cyp every week but i gotta drop back down to my trt dose which is around 150mg soon- mostly just need my levels to actually be back in the normal reference range for once.

i was messing around with steroidplotter and it says it should take about 4 or 5 weeks for me to hit 900 ng/dl but i was wondering if anyone here has actually done this first hand? just want to know if those numbers sound right or if its gonna take longer for things to clear out since ive been running it pretty high... let me know what you guys think or if 5 weeks is enough time to not look suspicious on bloodwork

Dealing with that insane "bubble gut" from high calories, GH, and slin

I've realized this isn't just one thing causing the issue- it's the perfect storm of the HGH, the insulin, and the massive amount of food all hitting at once. I've tried dropping the GH while keeping the food the same, and while it helps a little, the bloat is still definitely there.

It's getting pretty extreme. By the time I'm heading to bed, I look straight-up pregnant. Even first thing in the morning when my stomach should be flat, I can barely pull a vacuum, and by the evening? Forget it. I'm so distended that I actually start getting short of breath.The frustrating part is that my diet is super clean. I only eat stuff that usually sits well with my digestion, but I think the sheer volume is just too much. I'm already eating pineapple with every meal and hitting the sauerkraut daily for the probiotics.

It always seems to peak right after my intra-workout shake, which is just whey and dextrose. I'm also pinning 10iu of humalog both pre and post-workout

Is this just the price of admission for bodybuilding? I've been struggling with this for over a year now and I'm starting to wonder if everyone else is just walking around this miserable or if I'm missing something. How do you guys manage the distension?

man, the "pregnant bodybuilder" look is the absolute worst. honestly 20iu of slin a day plus high gh and massive meals... your poor gut just can't keep up with the sheer volume. it might not be the "cleanliness" of the food but literally just the physical space it's taking up. have you tried swapping some of those whole food meals for some high cal shakes just to give your stomach a break?

short of breath is a big red flag that the distension is getting dangerous bro. the "price of admission" shouldn't be not being able to breathe. if you're pinning 10iu pre and post, that's a lot of active slin dragging water into the gut area too. maybe try cutting the pre-workout slin and see if that helps the bloat during the day?

honestly the intra-workout whey and dextrose could be a huge part of the problem. whey can cause crazy gas and bloat for some people especially when mixed with that much sugar. maybe try highly branched cyclic dextrin instead? it clears the stomach way faster and doesnt sit there fermenting while you lift.

lol i feel your pain on the sauerkraut and pineapple. i was eating that stuff like it was my job and it did nothing. for me, it was the GH causing systemic water retention that made my organs feel "swollen." once i dropped to 2-3iu it cleared up. 10iu is pro-level territory, it's gonna come with pro-level side effects man.

if you cant even pull a vacuum in the morning your digestion is definitely backed up. are you using any digestive enzymes? not just the pineapple but like actual high-potency enzymes with every big meal. also, maybe check your fiber intake - too much fiber on a massive bulk can actually make the "bubble" way worse.

man the "pro-bloat" is real and it sucks. if it's peaking after your intra shake maybe try switching the dextrose to something like cyclic dextrin? dextrose can sit like a brick and ferment if your digestion is already slowed down from the gh

10iu pre and post is a lot of insulin to be moving around with massive meals. if you're short of breath that's a sign your diaphragm is literally being pushed up by your stomach. maybe try a "vertical diet" style approach and blend some of your rice? sounds gross but it saves your gut from doing all the work

honestly sometimes you just gotta back off the gh for a few weeks to let the water drop. hgh causes a lot of visceral holding that makes the "gut" look way worse than it actually is. sauerkraut is cool but it won't fix 10iu of slin and 5k+ calories

the intra-workout shake might be the culprit bro. whey and dextrose hit the gut fast but if you're already distended it just creates a massive gas bubble. try stripping the intra back to just eaas and see if you still feel like a balloon by dinner

regarding the 5-week clear out for the test... steroidplotter is usually pretty accurate but everyone metabolizes it different. if you're worried about looking suspicious maybe give it 6 weeks just to be safe. 750mg is a lot of saturation to wash out
