I’m currently running a blast of 750mg test cyp a week and need to dial it back down to a TRT dose-probably around 150mg-so I can get my levels back into the normal reference range.

I checked SteroidPlotter and it’s looking like it'll take about 4 to 5 weeks to hit 900 ng/dl. Has anyone actually done this and can confirm if that timeline sounds accurate? I'd love to hear some first-hand experience on how long it really takes to level out.

yeah man steroidplotter is usually pretty spot on. i dropped from 600 to 150 last year and it took me exactly a month to feel "normal" again and have my bloods show it.

honestly might take a week or two longer if you want to be 100% sure you're in range for a doctor. i usually give it 6 weeks just to be safe before pulling bloodwork.

4-5 weeks sounds about right based on my last blast. the half-life of cyp is a bit of a pain so it just hangs around forever lol. just be patient with it.

i've done this a few times- the math checks out but everyone clears it a bit differently. 5 weeks is a solid bet for 750mg. you'll probably start feeling the "crash" around week 3 though.

steriodplotter is a lifesaver for this. 4 weeks is usually the sweet spot but i'd lean towards 5 weeks if your cruise dose is 150. better to wait an extra week than show up with 1500+ levels at the lab lol.

5 weeks is accurate. just remember your e2 might stay elevated a bit longer than the test levels so keep an eye on how you're feeling during the transition

Yeah that timeline sounds about right - cyp hangs around forever. When I dropped from a blast it took about a month before labs looked “normal” again

I felt the drop way before bloods caught up lol. Energy dipped around week 2, numbers didn’t settle until week 4‑5

Depends how long you were blasting too. Longer runs seemed to take me a bit more time to stabilize

Don’t forget water weight comes off during that period so you might look smaller even if muscle is still there
