What kind of Test to EQ ratio do you guys use to keep your E2 in a good spot without tanking it?
Also, do you find that you can push the ratio a bit higher as your testosterone dose goes up? For example, starting at 500 Test and 250 EQ, but when you bump the Test up to 1000mg, you can run the EQ at 600 to 800mg?
I am currently on week 4 of my cycle taking 500mg of Test and 250mg of EQ, and my E2 just came back at 18, which is a little on the low side for me. My joints feel fine, but I have been dealing with some fatigue and irritability, so I kind of figured it was low. I just bumped my Test up to 550mg and dropped the EQ to 200mg. My original plan was to increase the Test to 750mg and the EQ to 400mg by week 12, but I might need to rethink that.
everybody talks about EQ like it’s this smooth easy compound until their e2 suddenly falls through the floor and they start feeling like absolute garbage for no obvious reason lol
man that 2:1 ratio (500 test / 250 eq) usually kills the E2 for a lot of guys, so an 18 reading isn't surprising at all. the irritability is a dead giveaway that you're a "high aromatizer" for the EQ's metabolite, which basically acts like a fake AI in your system.
honestly, once you start pushing the test up to a gram, the math usually changes because your body only has so much aromatase to go around. jumping to 750 test and 400 eq might still leave you feeling like a dry, grumpy mess if your body reacts that strongly to boldenone. i'd stick to your plan of keeping the test higher and the eq much lower—maybe try a 3:1 or even 4:1 ratio instead. it’s way easier to add a little more eq later than it is to dig yourself out of a crashed E2 hole when you're already feeling like garbage at week 4. stay on top of those labs bro.
eq is weird as hell because some people barely get any e2 control from it and others get crushed super fast even on low doses. honestly if you already feel fatigue and irritability at 18 i’d probably trust that more than chasing some “perfect” ratio people post online cause everybody responds totally different to eq
eq ratios seem completely random person to person honestly. i’ve seen dudes run crazy high test with barely any eq and still crash e2 while other guys need a ton before they even notice anything. if you already feel better dropping the eq a bit i’d probably stick with that instead of forcing some internet ratio that works for somebody else
eq ratios always sounded way more precise online than they actually felt in practice for me. like in theory you’d think you can dial it perfectly but in reality even small changes in either compound seem to shift e2 and mood differently from one person to the next. if you already feel low at 18 i’d probably trust that signal more than chasing a perfect ratio
