been doing a ton of reading since november on here and other boards honestly its helped alot so thanks to everyone who posts this stuff makes things way less confusing
getting ready for my first cycle and my main worry is keeping whatever gains i make after its over. not sure if i should stack test with dbol or winny. plan right now is 250mg sust a week for 10 weeks and using nolva during just to be safe
im about 5 10 or 5 11 around 185 pretty lean already and really wanna add some solid muscle. also play hockey twice a week so i get cardio in that way
so yeah which oral makes more sense dbol or winny. if dbol how long would you run it like 4 weeks maybe? and if winny do you keep it in the whole 10 weeks or what
any advice appreciated
for a first cycle dbol + sust is kinda the classic combo - quick strength and size, just expect some water weight too
for hockey I’d be careful with winny, it dried my joints out so bad my knees felt like sandpaper dbol is fluffier but at least I could still move without sounding like a bag of chips
for a first run dbol will make the scale jump fast but a lot of it feels watery to me… winny felt “cleaner” but way rougher on joints which might suck with hockey. honestly test alone already does a lot, the oral is kinda just extra chaos 😅
If you’re already lean and playing hockey a lot, winny will probably “look” better but man it can make your joints feel like sandpaper which sucks for skating. Dbol will add size faster but some of it is fluff unless your diet is super clean. Most of keeping gains comes down to not crashing your calories and actually running a proper PCT though, not which oral you pick
If you’re playing hockey twice a week, stay far away from Winny. It’ll dry your joints out so bad that your knees and ankles will feel like they’re filled with glass every time you take a stride. Plus, the back pumps on ice are absolutely miserable—you’ll be gassed and cramping before the first period is even over.
for a first run I’d skip winny tbh, that stuff can make your joints feel like dry sand and hockey twice a week would be brutal dbol for 4 weeks at the start is way more forgiving and you’ll actually feel strong as hell on the ice. just don’t chase the scale too hard cause a lot of it is water and disappears after 👍
