Dianabol + Deca - First Cycle Advice Needed

Hey guys, could really use some guidance here. I’m getting ready for my first cycle - I’m 22, about 5'11", 180 lbs, and have been training seriously for around four years. My original plan was to run Dianabol only for 6 weeks at 30 mg per day, but now I’m thinking about adding something injectable since I’m no longer nervous about that part.

My goal is to put on roughly 10-15 pounds of solid, quality size for rugby, ideally weight that I can keep once the cycle is over. Right now I’ve got the Dianabol (250 tabs at 5 mg), Nolvadex (40 tabs at 20 mg), and Clomid (40 tabs at 50 mg). I was considering adding Deca at around 200 mg per week.

Would running Deca alongside the Dianabol for just 6 weeks still give worthwhile results that actually stick? I also looked into EQ at about 400 mg per week as another option.

Any thoughts or advice would be really appreciated.

6 weeks is super short for deca or EQ… those compounds are slow burners and barely get going before you stop

at 22 with 4 years training you can still grow a lot naturally if food is dialed in

6 weeks is super short for deca or EQ, they’re slow as molasses and you’ll barely be getting started when it’s time to stop. dbol will pack weight on fast but keeping 10-15 lbs after is the hard part… especially once the pumps and appetite drop off 😅

6 weeks is super short for deca or EQ honestly, they’re slow burners… by the time they really kick in you’re already stopping. dbol will do most of the work in that window but a lot of it won’t stick 😅

Not trying to be that guy but dbol only or dbol with deca and no test is kinda asking to feel like trash later. Also 6 weeks is barely enough for deca to even wake up, it’s slow as hell. If you want weight you can actually keep for rugby, food and a simple test base would do way more than stacking random stuff short term. Plus 22 is still young man, you can grow a lot naturally with a proper bulk.

Whoa, hold up man. Running Dbol and Deca together without a Testosterone base is a one-way ticket to "Deca Dick" and a total mental breakdown. If you shut down your natural test and don't replace it with an injectable, your libido will hit zero and you’ll feel like a depressed zombie by week three. Plus, for rugby, the water bloat from Dbol and Deca is going to kill your conditioning—you'll be gassed after the first scrum.

6 weeks is super short for deca or EQ man, they barely even get rolling by then. you’d probably just feel dbol bloat and strength then watch it fade after also no test base with deca can get weird fast for some guys. if you want keepable size you might be better off stretching the timeline instead of cramming more compounds in

man i’d rethink the whole dbol only idea, that’s usually just water and you’ll lose a chunk after. if you’re gonna add an injectable it kinda makes more sense to just keep it simple with test as a base instead of jumping into deca or eq right away, those take longer to really do anything anyway so 6 weeks is kinda pointless for them. if your goal is actual keepable size slow and steady will treat you way better than trying to rush 10-15lbs in one go

if your goal is 10–15 lbs for rugby, training, food, and consistency are going to do more for keeping that weight than trying to force multiple compounds into a short 6 week window. also with stuff like nolva/clomid already on deck it kinda shows you’re planning for shutdown, so it’s worth thinking through the whole picture before jumping in.

if your goal is actual keepable size and not just blowing up fast for a minute, simple usually beats creative the first time around. way easier to know how your body reacts too instead of playing chemistry set right out the gate.

if you’re already strong and consistent you might honestly be surprised how far you can push naturally before even needing to complicate things
