I've searched the forum for this but couldn't really find a solid answer, so if this has been covered already, feel free to just delete it.
Back in 2024, I finally had surgery to remove some serious nasal polyps and clear out my inflamed sinuses after dealing with them since 2020. My doctor told me I’m basically on a nasal spray for life now just to make sure they don’t grow back. Usually, I start my hay fever meds in January since I’m allergic to tree pollen, but I noticed something weird this year. I stopped the pills in June after tree season ended, but now one of my nostrils is almost always blocked. It’s making sleeping with my CPAP a total pain since my mask only covers my nose - I might have to switch to a full-face mask next time I see the specialist.
I'm starting to wonder if the gear is actually causing the sinus inflammation. Could it be that I just need to stay on the allergy meds year-round while I'm on? It definitely seems to get way worse whenever I’m cycling Tren or Trestolone (I don’t run them at the same time, just on different cycles). When I'm just cruising on TRT, things seem a lot better.
Sorry for the long-winded post, but I wanted to see if anyone here has dealt with this before I head back to the doctor. My ENT doesn't know about my usage, though my GP is in the loop. Thanks for any insight!
interestingly when i was cruising vs blasting i noticed the same kind of thing, everything “baseline inflammation” related just felt calmer on lower doses
the fact that you feel mostly fine on TRT but it flares on those cycles kind of points more toward inflammation sensitivity getting amplified rather than your original condition suddenly coming back out of nowhere
