I'm on the hunt for some kind of herbal supplement that can help me get a bit more aggressive when I'm hitting the gym. Does anyone have any solid recommendations? I’m specifically looking for something that’ll give me that extra boost without being a stimulant - and ideally, I’d like to keep it under $100 if possible. Let me know what you guys think is worth trying.
honestly man "herbal aggression" is kind of a myth lol. most stuff that actually works for that is gonna be a stimulant like caffeine. maybe try some high dose tongkat ali? it boosts test a bit so you might feel a little more "alpha" in the gym but dont expect miracles
have you tried just listening to death metal? lol but seriously... maybe look into cordyceps. it’s not a stim but it helps with oxygen and endurance so you can push harder without feeling cracked out. usually pretty cheap on amazon too
if your budget is $100 just spend it on a massive steak dinner before your heavy leg day haha. nothing makes me more aggressive than a full stomach and a chip on my shoulder. most herbal "aggression" pills are just overpriced sawdust tbh
ashwagandha actually did the opposite for me... made me too chill and i didnt care about the PRs anymore lol. so maybe avoid that if you want "aggression." maybe try some boron or fadogia agrestis? supposed to help with free test levels
i know you said no stims but a good pump product with high citrulline and maybe some alpha gpc helps with the focus. if you're dialed in you naturally get more aggressive with the weights. should be way under $100 for a tub
lol "mild-mannered" or not tren just hits different. it’s not always aggression sometimes it’s just zero patience for anyone. 10 weeks is a solid length though u will definitely stop being lanky after that run!
350mg of tren for a first run is actually kind of a lot bro. i’d start at like 150 or 200 just to see if the "tren somnia" hits u hard. being mild-mannered helps but that stuff has a mind of its own sometimes
primo is definitely a slow burn so i get the frustration. tren will definitely give u that "pop" you’re looking for. just keep an eye on your blood pressure and maybe get some caber just in case?
welcome to the tren club haha. 350 is a decent dose but if u start feeling crazy just drop it down a bit. the test base at 200 is a good call to keep things functioning right.
honestly man don't underestimate the "mental" side of tren just cause ur a chill guy lol. it doesn't just make u mad, it's more like it turns your brain into a blender at 3am. 350mg is a pretty heavy start if u ask me- maybe try 200 first? u can always add more later but u can't "un-take" it if u start losing it.
honestly at 85kg you're gonna blow up on that stack. just a heads up the night sweats are the worst part- prepare to change your sheets every single night lol. good luck man!
