Hey guys, I recently started running my own TRT at 125mg a week along with 1.15mg of reta a week. I have been looking into what else to add to the stack and honestly think that low-dose GH is the best route to take. I was wondering what you guys might suggest.

My main goal here is just being healthy. I have struggled with sleep issues forever and even had some operations to fix it, but they did not help at all. TRT and reta have actually improved things quite a bit, but I really want to get more deep sleep and help with the tendon pain in my knees. What do you think?

Honestly man, if the sleep is still a struggle even after surgery, low dose GH is a literal godsend. You’ll probably find yourself passing out and actually staying under for once, and that deep sleep is where the magic happens for those beat up knees. Since you're already running reta, just watch the water retention so you don't end up with sausages for fingers. I’d say start super low at like 1-2iu right before bed and see if it clears up that tendonitis—it’s honestly a game changer for longevity.

sleep is honestly one of those things where if you can improve it even like 15 percent your whole life feels different. i know a couple guys on low dose GH who swear their deep sleep and recovery got noticeably better after a month or two, just not in that crazy “limitless pill” way people online sell it as

i think a lot of people underestimate how much sleep quality is still tied to basics like timing, stress and routine even when hormones are dialed in

low dose GH seems to help some people with recovery and joints but man the sleep part is so hit or miss from what i’ve seen. some sleep better and some feel wired as hell

since you’ve already had surgery for the sleep stuff and it failed gh might actually be the missing piece because of how it fixes the sleep architecture... you'll probably notice the dreams getting way more vivid too. for the knee tendons gh is a godsend but just remember it takes a few months to really "grease the joints" so dont expect a miracle in week one. honestly with the reta keeping your weight in check and the trt keeping your hormones stable adding some pharma or high quality generic gh is a solid stack for just feeling like a human again. stick to the low dose though because more isnt always better when youre just trying to heal up and sleep through the night

Low dose GH is perfect for this. 1-2iu before bed will fix that deep sleep and grease your knees better than any surgery ever could. It’s the ultimate health stack.

honestly if trt and reta already improved your sleep that’s a huge win because bad sleep can make literally everything feel worse including tendon pain. low dose gh seems like one of those things people either swear changed their recovery completely or barely notice outside of water retention lol. the deeper sleep part is probably what i hear praised the most though

i get why gh sounds like the next logical step but i’ve noticed sleep stuff is really hit or miss with it, some people get deeper sleep and others just feel kinda weird and puffy instead. honestly if reta and trt already improved things i’d be careful not to chase too many moving parts at once because then you don’t really know what’s actually helping the knees or sleep

low dose gh is def the thing people bring up for sleep and joints but it’s not always the magic fix it gets hyped up to be online

low dose GH gets mentioned a lot for sleep and joints but in real life it’s usually way more subtle than people expect
