been lifting for over 9 years now and i always make sure my forms on point and dont go too crazy with the weight but man my back is trashed. i already got a bulge in my cervical spine but now my lumbar and the whole lower area just constantly hurts... ive never touched the gear or anything like that but i keep hearing people say that peptides or gh can actually fix this kind of stuff. anyone got any ideas or experience with this sort of thing? really just looking for anything thatll help with the pain because its getting pretty old at this point.

i’ve been in a similar spot where “good form” still didn’t save my back long term. once stuff like cervical or lumbar issues are already there it feels like lifting just keeps exposing it. i’ve seen people say peptides or gh helped a bit with recovery but nothing i’ve seen actually fixed structural stuff, more like pain management and feeling a bit better day to day than a real repair

if you’ve already got bulges in multiple spots i’d be more focused on physio + movement patterns than trying to chase a compound fix tbh

not gonna lie the biggest improvement for my back came from backing off heavy loading for a while and fixing recovery instead of adding more stuff

i went down the peptide and gh rabbit hole too thinking it was gonna be some kind of repair switch and honestly it didnt really match the hype for actual spine stuff, maybe helped a bit with general soreness but nothing like “fixing” anything
