The feedback on SLU-PP-332 seems to be all over the place lately. I’ve noticed some people swear they're seeing progress on just 100mcg, while others are running 20mg and saying it’s doing absolutely nothing.
It makes me wonder - has anyone actually tried scaling the dose properly for human body weight? I'm talking about hitting 100mg or more. I even ran across an IG post where a guy claimed he was doing 500mg a day and getting "insane" results.
If you've experimented with those higher ranges, what was the experience like? Did it actually make a difference, or was it just a waste?
500mg a day sounds like a literal heart attack or a massive hole in your wallet lol. i'm skeptical of those ig guys, they usually just say whatever for engagement. 100mg is still a huge jump if the average is way lower
honestly i think the quality is just super hit or miss right now. that would explain why some people feel it at 100mcg and others feel nothing at 20mg. if it’s bunk it doesn't matter if you take a gram of it
i’ve messed with higher doses of other ppars but 100mg of slu sounds risky without more long term data. you're basically a lab rat at that point- be careful man
scaling from mouse studies to humans is always tricky. usually you don't just 1:1 it based on weight. if you do try to go higher just titrate up slowly so you don't wreck your internals
that ig guy is probably full of it lol. 500mg would be insanely expensive for a daily dose. id love to see his bloodwork before believing "insane results
maybe the bioavailability is the issue? some guys might be pinning it while others take it oral and that would mess with the numbers big time. i'd stick to the lower end until we know more about the toxicity
i tried 10mg for a bit and didnt notice much besides maybe a bit more endurance on the treadmill. jumping to 100mg feels like a lot but hey if you do it definitely post a log for us
Yeah the dose reports are all over the place… makes me think quality or purity might be the real variable, not just how much people are taking
500mg/day sounds like absolute overkill at that point you’re basically beta testing on yourself
I’ve seen this happen with other research stuff too - early hype, random dosing, mixed results. Hard to separate real effects from wishful thinking
if 20mg is doing nothing, jumping to 100mg+ feels risky without any actual human data behind it
Part of me thinks the “insane results” posts are just outliers or exaggeration… people love a crazy story online
