I’m hitting a wall with some serious bloating on my current run. Last time around, I was doing 12iu of SSA HGH with Test and EQ at a 1:1 ratio and honestly felt great - hardly held any water at all.
This time the Test and EQ doses are a bit higher (still 1:1), but the main change was using Dbol as a kickstart while I ramped the GH up from 4 to 12iu. The Dbol absolutely blew me up - I put on like two inches in a week and looked like a total water bag almost overnight.
The weird part is I’ve been off the Dbol for over a month now, but the bloat just won't budge. I even tried dropping the GH for a bit and did a short PSMF - I lost 11lbs of water in two days, but as soon as I started tapering the GH back up, it all came rushing back.
I still look like I’m on the Dbol and the pitting edema is getting annoying - I have massive indents in my legs every time I take my socks off. My diet is actually tighter this time and my electrolytes are way more balanced than the last cycle, so I’m kind of at a loss.
Any ideas on how to fix this?
Man, that pitting edema is no joke. If you're getting deep indents from your socks, your BP is probably through the roof from all that extra fluid. Since it came rushing back the second you touched the GH again, it sounds like your body is just super sensitive to the growth this time around. Maybe try holding it at a much lower dose for a few weeks to let your body adjust before trying to hit 12iu again?
Honestly it sounds like the Dbol might have just set a "baseline" for inflammation or something and the GH is just feeding it. 12iu is a massive dose for most people to handle without turning into a water balloon lol. Have you checked your E2 lately? Even if you're 1:1 with EQ, the higher doses of Test might be pushing your estrogen higher than your last run, and GH always makes high E2 bloat way worse.
the "sock indents" are the worst lol. i had that same issue when i bumped my gh too fast. its weird that it didn't happen last time but every cycle is different i guess. you might want to try a lower sodium diet for a few days just to see if it helps - but honestly, if 12lbs came back that fast, its 100% the GH dose being too high for your current state.
Dbol is notorious for that "moon face" and it can take forever for the system to totally chill out afterward. If you're already off the dbol and the diet is clean, the only thing left is the GH volume. 12iu is pro-level territory man, maybe your body is just telling you it's too much right now. try dropping back to 4-6iu for a bit and see if the water drops off.
Could be the brand of GH too - did you switch sources? Some generics or even different pharma brands can cause way more water retention than others. If everything else is the same, i'd bet it's just the higher test/eq doses overall creating more systemic stress. stay hydrated and maybe grab a dandelion root supplement to see if it helps flush some of that out.
That pitting edema part would honestly worry me a bit. GH can cause some wild water retention, especially at higher IU. Might be worth backing way down and getting labs just to be safe.
Dbol bloat usually fades quick, so if it’s still hanging around a month later I’d be looking at the GH more than anything. 12iu is no joke man 😅
The “lost 11 lbs in 2 days then it came back” screams water regulation issue, not fat. Maybe your body just hates that GH dose this time around.
Massive sock indents is classic fluid retention… had that on high test before and felt awful. Lowering sodium actually made it worse for me weirdly enough.
Not gonna lie, that sounds beyond normal cycle bloat. If it were me I’d pause everything and get checked just for peace of mind - edema like that isn’t fun.
