I’ve been running HGH for about 4 months now and my joints are killing me particularly my elbows and wrists.. I started on 4ius 2 morning and 2 at night then went to 3 at night now down to 2 at night.. Still having pain.. Is there anything I can do to stop the pain or should I continue to lower my dose..

dude 4ius is a lot to start with if you aren't a pro lol. that water retention hits the carpal tunnel area hard and that's probably why your wrists are screaming. i'd honestly drop to 1iu for a week and see if it clears up then slowlly move back up.

are u sure its joint pain and not just nerve pressure from the swelling?? hgh makes u hold so much water around the joints. try taking some dandelion root or a mild diuretic it might help take the pressure off.

i had the same thing on 3ius... felt like i had arthritis in my fingers. i started splitting the dose into 1iu three times a day and it helped a bit but honestly some people just react poorly to certain brands. what lab are u using?

man that sucks. i usually find that if i dont drink like a gallon of water a day the joint pain gets way worse on gh. sounds counterintuitive since its water retention but staying hydrated actually helps flush the excess out.

maybe just take a few days off entirely? let the inflammation die down and then restart at 2ius. 4 month mark is usually when the side effects really start to peak anyway. good luck bro.

man the water retention on 4ius is no joke. your joints are probably just super compressed from the fluid. honestly might need to drop to 1 or 1.5 for a bit till it clears up then slowwwly move back up. 4 is a lot to start with lol

Hate to say it but that’s the "hgh thumb" and wrist pain coming for you. Have you tried taking a diuretic or just cutting back on salt? Sometimes that helps the pressure in the carpal tunnel area.

id definitely stay at 2ius for a while and let your body catch up. i had the same thing in my elbows and it took like 3 weeks after dropping the dose for it to actually feel better. it doesnt happen overnight unfortunately- just be patient.

r u sure its legit? sometimes the generic peds cause way more bloating/joint issues than the pharmacy grade stuff. maybe get some bloodwork done to see where your igf-1 levels are at.

Welcome to the club lol. My hands used to go numb at night when I was running 4ius. I found that splitting it into more frequent smaller pins helped a little but honestly you might just be sensitive to it.

bro if your joints are "killing you" dont keep pushing it. lower the dose even more or take a break for a week. no point in gaining size if you cant even lift because your elbows are shot.

Maybe try adding some taurine or potassium? Helped me with the pumps and the tight feeling in my wrists. But yeah 4ius right out the gate is a heavy dose for most people.. i usually stick to 2 and stay there.
