I’m looking into using BPC-157 and TB-500 for the first time, but honestly, the info I'm finding online is all over the place. I’m hoping to use them to finally fix a nagging thumb injury.
Long story short, I bumped up my HGH for a bit and it made the joints in my hands swell up pretty bad. I went to the gym while they were like that, and just grabbing weights ended up spraining or messing up my thumb joints. My left side cleared up, but my right thumb just won't heal. It feels like every time I think it’s getting better, I just re-injure it again.
Does anyone have advice on what kind of dosages I should be looking at for these?

man bpc is a literal godsend for tendons. i used it for a nasty golfers elbow last year and it was the only thing that actually worked. for dosage i did 250mcg twice a day right near the injury. honestly i’d start there and see how it feels after a week

the hand swelling from hgh is the worst lol i had to drop my dose cuz i couldnt even make a fist in the morning. definitely grab some tb500 too though. i usually run 5mg a week split into two shots. it works more "systemically" than bpc so you dont have to pin it in your thumb which sounds painful af

honestly thumb injuries take forever because u use your hands for everything. you gotta actually rest it while youre on the peps or you’re just gonna waste your money. bpc 157 at 500mcg daily is pretty standard. hope it heals up bro

did u get an mri or anything? peps are great but if u actually tore a ligament they might just mask the pain. but yeah 250mcg bpc twice a day is what most people do for small joints like that.

just a heads up the tb-500 usually comes in 5mg vials... most guys do one vial a week for like 4-6 weeks then a maintenance dose. definitely helped my shoulder issues but it took a few weeks to really kick in so be patient with it

careful with the hgh bloat man that stuff is no joke for the carpal tunnel symptoms. for the thumb try to find some of those tiny insulin needles (31g) if ur gonna pin near the hand... it makes a huge difference. dosage wise just keep it simple and dont overcomplicate it.

ngl hgh hand pain is scary lol. i’d say start low on the bpc just to make sure u dont have any weird reactions. 250mcg is the sweet spot for most. also maybe get a thumb brace so u stop re-injuring it at the gym!

u can actually mix them in the same syringe if u want to save yourself some pokes. i usually do 250 bpc and about 2mg tb500 twice a week. just make sure your source is legit cuz there is a lot of bunk stuff out there right now

i used bpc for a thumb sprain from jiu jitsu and it worked way better than i expected. i just did 300mcg once a day right before bed. it’s not magic but it definitely speeds up the process

man thumb injuries are the worst because you literally use them for every single lift. ive used bpc for a nagging shoulder and usually 250mcg twice a day right near the spot did the trick for me. for tb500 most guys do like 5mg a week split into two shots. just be patient with it though its not magic overnight - but it definitely helps speed things up

honestly hgh bloat is no joke i had the same thing with my carpal tunnel acting up when i pushed the dose too high. for the bpc try to get as close to the joint as you can. i usually run it for like 4-6 weeks and it clears up most of my tendon issues. good luck with the recovery bro thumb pain is a total vibe killer in the gym

i feel you on the re-injuring part lol i always think im good then i go to grab a heavy dumbbell and boom - back to square one. 500mcg of bpc daily is a pretty standard starting point. tb is usually dosed a bit higher like 2.5mg twice a week. make sure your actually resting it too or the peps wont be able to keep up with the damage your doing!

yo watch out for that hgh swelling man that stuff makes your joints so vulnerable. for the peptides i usually see people suggest 250mcg of bpc twice daily. tb500 is more systemic so you dont have to pin it right in the thumb if you dont want to. 2mg twice a week for the tb should be plenty to see if it works for you
