so my wife is already taking sema but she is paying this clinic way too much money just for a weekly shot and it’s honestly ridiculous. i have a solid g2g source on my end so we are thinking about just cutting out the middle man and doing it ourselves.

i started looking into it but searching through stuff is taking forever and i know you guys will just give it to me straight. does it always come as a powder where you have to mix in a solution or something? also if she is currently on .75mg once a week how much do i need to buy to make it last like 6 or 7 weeks if the vials come in 4mg-is that even enough.

im used to dealing with hormones and aas stuff but i dont really know much about how the glutides work and i was also wondering about tri?

any help you guys can give is awesome i really appreciate it

clinics really do tax like crazy for the same thing 😩 if you’ve got a legit source it makes sense to cut the cost

not always powder, some places sell it pre mixed in pens but the cheaper route is usually the powder you mix yourself. if she’s on .75 a week a 4mg vial would only last about 5 weeks give or take, so you might wanna grab two so you’re not scrambling mid run 😅

Most of the “research” sema you’ll find is lyophilized powder yeah, you mix it yourself. Just be careful with dosing math because it’s easy to mess up and make it way stronger than intended. Also the nausea can hit different batch to batch, my partner had one vial that was smooth and the next had her queasy all week. Honestly the clinic price sucks but at least you get consistency and someone to blame if something feels off 😅

Yeah most of the non pharmacy stuff is powder you mix yourself. Just triple check the concentration because it’s easy to accidentally give way more than intended. Also not every vial hits the same, my partner had one that barely curbed appetite and the next one knocked her on her butt with nausea. Cheap is nice but consistency is the trade off 😅

Man, these clinics are highway robbery. It’s insane how much they markup a basic peptide just to put it in a fancy box and hand you a pre-filled syringe. Since you’re already familiar with AAS, switching to "DIY" for your wife is going to be a breeze and save you a massive chunk of change.
