wondering what you guys think is the best thing to add to a test and tren run if i want to maximize lean tissue? really trying to do a solid recomp here
plan is: first 12 weeks - 500 test and 400 tren next 12 weeks - drop to 250 test and 100 tren
i'm definitely not looking for anything that just bloats me with water or glycogen i want actual lean muscle gain. from what ive seen online people say mast isnt that great for putting on actual size but maybe 600mg of primo would be better? let me know what you guys think would fit best cuz i dont want to just look puffy i want real results and there is so much conflicting info out there thanks
honestly with 500 test and 400 tren already in there i feel like diet and recovery are gonna decide the “lean tissue” part more than adding another compound. primo probably fits the cleaner look vibe better than mast if you can afford running it high enough but man that setup already sounds intense as hell for a recomp
not gonna lie when i tried chasing the super lean look with multiple compounds it ended up looking good in pics but strength and recovery didn’t really move much anymore
most guys i know end up realizing the base compounds do like 90 percent of the work and the extra stuff just changes how you look/feel around the edges more than actually stacking on noticeable new tissue
