Hey everyone, I’m officially four weeks into my first cycle in about eight years. Here is what I started with:
- 250mg/week Test Cyp
- 3.5 IU GH daily
- 2mg Reta weekly (though I actually just dropped this at the 4-week mark)
I’m currently considering bumping the Test up to 300mg a week and potentially throwing in some Mast Prop at maybe 150-200mg weekly. What do you guys think about that adjustment?
For a bit of background on me: I’m 33 years old, 5ft11, and sitting at 198 lbs. If I had to guess, I’d say I’m around 7-8% body fat. I’ve been training consistently for 16 years now, so the foundation is definitely there.
On top of the lifting, I run about 40-50km every week. For my gym routine, I’m running John Meadows' Gamma Bomb program, which follows a Pull-Push-Legs-Arms-Rest-Pump session-Rest split.

7-8% body fat at 198lbs is actually insane man. you must look shredded as hell especially with that much running every week. honestly at that body fat mast is going to make you look like a statue - id definitely throw it in just to see the cosmetic effect.
gamma bomb is such a killer program rip john meadows. the pump sessions are no joke. since your already at 250 test i dont think moving to 300 is gonna change a whole lot but adding the mast prop will definitely help you feel "harder" and keep things dry.
why did you drop the reta? just curious if it was the side effects or if you just didnt feel you needed the extra weight loss help since your already so lean. 40-50km a week is a lot of cardio man - make sure your eating enough to actually grow on that test!
man 16 years of training... you definitely have the base for this. i'd say go for it with the mast. it usually shines best when you're under 10% bf anyway so your basically the perfect candidate for it. 200mg of mast prop is a solid dose to start with too.

meadows programs are the goat- gamma bomb is brutal but if your eating enough to recover you'll see some crazy gains. adding the mast prop at 150 seems like a solid move just to see how you react after being away for 8 years. good luck with the rest of the cycle!
40-50km of running a week on top of gamma bomb is insane cardio volume bro lol. how are your joints holding up? honestly at your bodyfat the mast is gonna make you look like a Greek god. i say go for it but watch your hair if your prone to that stuff
welcome back to the dark side after 8 years lol. 300 test and 200 mast is a super classic "feel good" cycle that doesnt usually come with too many side effects. since your already so lean your gonna see every single change in the mirror- should be a fun ride
honestly i wouldnt even overthink it too much. your foundation is obviously solid if you've been training for 16 years and staying that lean at nearly 200lbs. the mast prop is a nice touch for the aesthetics side of things. curious why you dropped the reta though?
