hey guys so i see most people running tren at like 300 or 400 mg every week for maybe 8 to 10 weeks but i had this idea i wanted to run by you. what if i just did a lower dose like 100 or 200 mg but stretched the whole cycle out to 16 weeks instead? do you think that would actually work well or is it a bad call- this is gonna be my first time ever touching tren so i want to be careful. i've done about 4 or 5 cycles before this so im not exactly a newbie but still. im 40 years old 6 ft 1 and weighing in at 95 kg and the main goal here is just to bulk up and put on some size. let me know what you think because i dont want to mess this up since its my first run with this stuff.
16 weeks is a marathon for tren lol. even at 100-200mg that stuff builds up in your system. id say start at 100mg for 8 weeks and see how you feel first. you can always extend it but you dont want to commit to 16 weeks and then realize you hate the night sweats by week 3
honestly man if it’s your first time with tren definitely go the lower dose route. 16 weeks is a long time to be on a 19-nor though even at 100mg. the mental side effects can sneak up on you after month 2 so just be ready to bail if you start feeling weird
i tried low dose tren (150mg) for a longer run last year and the results were actually pretty solid without the crazy insomnia. just make sure your test base is solid. 95kg at 6'1 is a good starting point for a bulk too you’ll probably see great results regardless
definitely dont do 400mg for a first run so youre smart there haha. but 16 weeks is a looooong time to not be able to sleep well. id stick to 10-12 weeks and just eat everything in sight. good luck man stay safe
have you thought about how your bloodwork looks? 16 weeks is a lot of stress on the body. if i were you id start at 150mg and aim for 10 weeks. if you’re still feeling good then you can think about pushing it further but dont plan for 16 right out the gate
i like the lower dose idea but 16 weeks is pushing it for your organs brother. maybe keep it to 10 or 12 weeks max? at 40 years old you gotta keep an eye on that blood pressure. tren is no joke compared to the other cycles youve done

id stick to a shorter run man. tren is harsh on the kidneys and your lipids- especially at 40 u gotta be a bit more careful with the longevity side of things. 100mg is a solid starting point though i wouldnt go higher than that to start.
