getting ready to blast again and honestly i think this one is gonna be a feel good cycle from everything ive read. my main focus is leaning out a bit since i got some extra weight to lose but i also really want to finally smash that 300lb bench press. to be fair i dont think the benching part will even be an issue since i still make pretty good progress even when im just on a cruise

im leaning towards running test and mast at 600/400. might start the mast a bit lower at first and just see how i feel then work my way up. my main question for you guys is about the anavar- do i front load it at the start or save it for the back end of the cycle? also what kind of dose should i be looking at for a 4 week run. let me know what you guys think is best

test/mast is usually a pretty smooth combo mood wise, i felt way better on that than heavier stuff. leaning out shouldn’t be an issue at all

i always liked saving orals for the back end just for a little extra push when motivation dips but that’s just personal preference

benching on that setup should fly honestly, esp if you’re already progressing on cruise

with var less is usually more from what i’ve seen. people overdo it chasing numbers instead of how they actually feel

easing the mast up sounds smart. once it clicks it really gives that dry strong look without feeling beat up

front loading var always felt kinda wasted to me. i liked having something extra later when fatigue sets in and you wanna finish strong

also don’t sleep on recovery with that setup. test/mast made me feel awesome but joints can feel dry if food or sleep slips even a bit
