has anyone here actually used cagrilintide by itself without stacking it with a glp? i’m really just looking for something to kill my appetite and stop the constant food noise because that's what im struggling with most right now. i keep seeing people talk about it as an add on but i wanna know if it’s worth running as a stand-alone peptide or if its a waste of time. if you've done it did it actually work for the hunger or do you really need the other stuff to see real results let me know what your experience was like thanks.

i’ve done it solo for a few weeks and the appetite suppression is actually wild. it hits different than sema - it more just makes you feel "full" faster rather than making you feel sick. only thing is the fatigue was a bit much for me at first but it definitely killed the food noise for sure

honestly cagri is super strong on its own. i think people only stack it bc they want the double whammy but if ur main issue is just thinking about food 24/7 it'll definitely help. just start with a low dose bc that stuff has a long half life and if u take too much ur gonna be force feeding yourself for a week lol

i actually prefer it solo over tirz because i dont get the weird stomach issues. it totally works for hunger - like i legit forgot to eat lunch the first few days i was on it. definitely not a waste of time if u just need to get your diet under control

i tried it and it worked great for food noise but man i was so sleepy lol. it definitely works by itself but u might find u miss the metabolic boost from the glp-1s after a while. worth a shot though especially if u want to avoid the nausea that usually comes with the other stuff

honestly cagrilintide solo is actually pretty legit for food noise. i ran it without a glp-1 for a month and it felt "different"—more like i was just genuinely satisfied and didn't care about snacks, rather than feeling nauseous or forced-full. it definitely works on its own but the weight loss is usually slower than the combo.

i tried it solo because tirzepatide was giving me crazy fatigue. cagri definitely killed my appetite but be careful with the dose man... it hits the "fullness" button in your brain hard. i found that 0.3mg to 0.5mg was plenty to stop the constant thinking about food without making me feel like a zombie.

it’s not a waste of time at all. the clinical trials actually show it works pretty well as a monotherapy. the main thing is that it slows down gastric emptying a lot, so you’ll feel full for like... hours after a small meal. just stay hydrated because the constipation can get real if you aren't careful.

just a heads up, the weight loss on solo cagri is usually around 10-12% compared to like 20%+ with the stack. if you're cool with a slower, steadier pace and just want the mental break from food noise, it’s a solid choice. definitely keep some magnesium on hand for the digestion side of things though!

lol i'm doing this right now. it's great for the "hedonic" hunger—like when you just want to eat because you're bored or stressed. it doesn't give me that "disgust" for food that semaglutide does, which i actually prefer. i can still enjoy a meal, i just stop when i'm supposed to.
