Is it really that simple or is there a catch because i see people claiming they can basically eat whatever they want on a higher dose and still drop weight but then other people say once the appetite suppression wears off 15mg isnt doing any more for you than 8mg would.

Whats your experience been like with this? If your not feeling any suppression at all when you bump up the dose are you just throwing money away- id love to hear if the metabolic side actually keeps working even when you get hungry again or if its just a waste of gear at that point.

honestly that metabolic boost from the glucagon receptor is the whole reason people are hyped for reta over tirzepatide. even if your appetite comes back a bit you're still burning more calories at rest than u would be without it. it’s not just about the "not being hungry" part anymore

man i’ve seen guys on 12mg who say they can eat like a horse and still drop weight lol. it definitely has a stronger "background" effect on your metabolism because of that triple agonist action. but if u can still control the diet obviously it just works that much faster

15mg is a massive dose bro! if u aren't feeling suppression at 8mg i’d check your source before u keep bumping it up. reta usually hits way harder than sema or tirz so u should definitely be feeling something even at the mid range doses

its definitely not a waste of money because of the liver fat and insulin sensitivity benefits. even if u dont feel "full" your body is processing nutrients way more efficiently. that being said- the appetite suppression is usually a good sign the batch is legit

i think the "eat whatever u want" thing is a bit of an exaggeration but there's definitely more wiggle room on reta. i've noticed i can have a "cheat day" and the scale doesn't move at all the next morning. that metabolic engine is no joke

just be careful because if u keep chasing that "zero hunger" feeling by raising the dose youll just end up with a crazy high heart rate. 15mg is where some people start getting real bad palpitations. the metabolic part is still working even if u feel like eating!

the "catch" is usually the price and the side effects lol. if u can handle the extra sweating and the higher heart rate then the metabolic side is definitely superior to the lower doses. just dont expect it to be a magic shield against a total trash diet

i've heard people say the same thing about the 8mg vs 12mg plateau. personally i think once your receptors are saturated more doesn't always mean better results- but if your a heavy responder u might actually need that extra bump to keep the fat melting

honestly i'd stay at 8mg as long as the scale is moving. save the higher doses for when u actually hit a real plateau for 3-4 weeks. no point in maxing out your dose (and your budget) if 8mg is still doing the heavy lifting in the background

honestly i think the "eat whatever" thing is a bit of a myth lol. maybe for like the first month? but eventually your body adjusts. for me the metabolic side still helps with the bloat and water weight even when i'm hungry, but if i actually eat like trash the scale definitely stops moving.

it’s definitely not just a waste of gear at 15mg but its not magic either. i noticed that even when the suppression wears off i still get full way faster than i used to. like the "food noise" comes back but my stomach physically can't handle the same volume. i'd say stick with the lower dose as long as you can though.

man i wish i could eat whatever i want haha. i'm on 12.5 right now and the hunger is definitely back but the weight is still slowly ticking down. i think there's definitely some metabolic stuff happening in the background with insulin sensitivity even if you aren't feeling that "i'm stuffed" feeling 24/7.

the catch is that once you hit 15mg there's nowhere left to go. if you're eating through the hunger at the max dose you're basically stuck. i try to stay on the lowest dose possible so i have "room" to move up later when i hit a plateau. just my 2 cents!

i feel like the appetite suppression is just a side effect and the real work is what it does to your blood sugar and insulin. i've had weeks where i was starving but still dropped 2lbs because i kept my protein up. dont chase the "no hunger" feeling too hard or you'll just max out your dose way too fast.
