think about it this way- a single tablespoon of peanut butter is like 100 calories. do you really think your entire physique is gonna change based on one spoonful of PB? nah. gotta make bigger moves to see real data.

3100 feels high? man i wish lol. i look at a carb and gain weight. but yeah- listen to the podcast. those guys know their stuff. a 100 cal shift is basically just "noise" in your daily tracking.

you’re in a great spot if 3100 is maintenance! that means you have plenty of room to push when you start the next blast. dont be afraid of a 200-300 calorie increase- you aren't gonna get fat overnight and it'll actually give you the data you're looking for.
