hey guys i was just wondering if i should keep running my clen during the carb up and dehydration phase or if i should just drop it? im not really sure if it messes with the process when your trying to fill out the muscles and dry out at the same time so if anyone has experience with the timing of that let me know

I’d probably drop it a few days out - clen can make you look kinda stringy and flat when you’re trying to fill out
Clen also messes with sleep for me, and bad sleep right before show day is the last thing you want
I dropped it a few days out because the shakes and cramps made it hard to actually fill out… plus I looked kinda stringy when it was still in. once it cleared I felt tighter and fuller, could’ve been coincidence but I wasn’t risking it show week 😬
Most guys I know drop it a few days out because clen can make you crampy and shaky which is the last thing you want when you’re trying to fill out and look calm. Plus it can kill appetite right when you actually need to eat those carbs. Better to come in smooth than wired and flat
I dropped it about 3 or 4 days out because the shaking and cramps were ruining my pumps during carb up. Plus it made me feel wired and watery at the same time which is a weird combo. Once I stopped I actually looked fuller and calmer. Sometimes less is more right at the finish line 😅
i dropped mine a few days out cause the shakes and cramping were getting stupid and I didn’t wanna risk looking flat from stress hormones honestly felt fuller once it was out. peak week is chaotic enough without clen buzzing you 24/7
i kept it in once and regretted it, felt flat and crampy as hell during the carb up dropped it earlier the next show and looked way fuller. clen just makes everything feel tense and dehydrated
not gonna lie clen can make some people feel a bit “flat” or jittery so cutting it right before a peak phase is something a lot of guys end up doing
