Guys, I’m in a real bind here and I’m way behind on where I need to be. I’ve got a 12-week window to hit maximum fat loss, and I really need a solid protocol for running T3 and Clen together to make it happen.
Just a heads-up, I can’t add any other compounds to the mix—T3 and Clen are literally all I have on hand right now. twelve weeks is a massive stretch to stay on clen and t3 man seriously your heart is gonna feel like it’s trying to jump out of your chest by month two. since you dont have any gear to protect your muscle id be terrified of looking like a flat pancake because t3 will literally eat your gains for breakfast if you aren't careful. start the clen at 20mcg and maybe do two weeks on and two weeks off so your receptors don't just give up on life and keep the t3 super low like 25mcg just to keep the metabolism moving. watch out for those middle of the night leg cramps too because they are pure evil—make sure you're drinking gallons of water and keeping your electrolytes high or you’re gonna have a bad time. good luck dude just try not to go too crazy with the doses too fast or you’ll hit a wall way before the 12 weeks are up
