hey guys im new to the forum and totally new to dnp too. one of my good buddies actually hooked me up with a new source (shoutout to him) and i've got a 50 count bottle of 200mg caps just sitting here on my desk. i'm not even gonna lie im kinda nervous to start after reading some of the horror stories online. my friend already gave me the rundown on the do's and dont's but i'm still a little shaky about it.
the plan is to start with 200mg a day for a few days just to test the waters then probably bump it up to 400mg and see how that goes. if anyone has some last minute tips i might have missed it'd be great to hear them.
and hey if i dont make it i want everyone here to know i went out in a blaze of glory-definitely heavy on the "blaze" part lol. anyway thanks for the help i'm planning on a 21 day cycle and ill be sure to post my results as i go.
not gonna lie the horror stories are what kept me away too starting low sounds smart tho - keep us posted and stay safe man
Not gonna lie DNP is one of the few things that actually scares me, that stuff doesn’t care how tough you are heat, sweating, zero energy, and it just builds in your system. I’d keep expectations low and listen to your body more than any “plan.” No physique goal is worth cooking yourself alive man.
That “blaze of glory” line hits different with DNP lol because overheating is literally the problem 😅 I know a guy who thought low dose would be chill and by week two he couldn’t even walk outside without feeling cooked. Fast results yeah but man it looks miserable the whole time.
Welcome to the hottest ride of your life, literally. 200mg is a smart way to start because DNP has a massive half-life it builds up in your system over 3 to 5 days, so don't be a hero and bump it to 400mg on day two just because you don't feel "warm" yet. By day six, that 400mg will hit you like a standing ovation in a furnace.
man not gonna lie that stuff is no joke at all, the horror stories are there for a reason. i’d honestly think twice before jumping in like that cause once it builds up you can’t just turn it off if things go sideways. i’ve seen people start feeling fine then a few days later it hits way harder than expected. just be careful with it, this isn’t one of those “push through it” kinda things
