During week one, I started with 20mcg for four days, then bumped it to 20mcg twice a day for a week, and eventually hit 20mcg three times a day for another week. After that, I jumped up to 40mcg (since my pills are 40s) twice daily for about a week and a half. Honestly, the side effects were pretty minimal, but I figured I’d been on long enough and decided to start tapering off. For the last five days, I've only been taking 40mcg once a day.
Now I’m second-guessing myself. What if I just went back to 40mcg twice a day right now and kept the cycle going for a bit longer? Is it a bad idea to be bouncing around with the dose like this after I already started the taper?
I’m torn between just finishing the plan—dropping to 20mcg for a few days and then stopping—or if it's actually fine to just ramp back up to where I was at my highest dose. Any thoughts on whether this is unwise or if it doesn't really matter?

personally I’d just finish the taper and be done… jumping back up after your body already started chilling out sounds like asking for the jitters and crash all over again 😅 I always regret “one more week” decisions lol
bouncing doses all over the place just makes it harder to know what your body is actually tolerating. If sides were low you probably could push longer, but once you start tapering I’d personally just finish it and give your system a break. Chasing a few extra days usually isn’t worth feeling fried later 😅
I’d just stick the landing at this point. Once you start tapering your body is already adjusting, jumping back up just drags it out longer for maybe tiny extra benefit. I did that once and ended up feeling more burnt out than leaner lol. Sometimes calling it done is the smarter play.
you’re overthinking the taper. Unlike some hardcore gear where your hormones need a slow landing, your receptors for stuff like Clen or Albuterol don't really care about a "grace period"-they’re either saturated or they aren't. If you’re already down to 40mcg and feeling fine, you can absolutely just ramp back up to 80mcg if you feel like you've still got fat to burn.
