so i been hearing vigorous steve talk a lot about mirabegron- i think the brand is called betmiga- in some of his latest q&a videos lately. he keeps saying hes gonna drop a full video on it soon but i havent seen anything yet and i'm getting impatient lol. has anyone in here actually tried it for themselves yet?? id love to know what kind of doses you guys were running and what the results actually looked like and obviously if there was any nasty side effects. mostly curious how it stacks up against clenbuterol for fat loss... like is it actually effective or just a weaker version with less shakes? let me know if its worth looking into or if i should just stick to the classics
i actually tried it for a month after hearing steve mention it too! it's definitely not as "powerful" as clen but the best part is zero shakes and no heart palpitations. i ran 50mg a day (the extended release ones) and it mostly just felt like a very subtle heat in my core. don't expect it to melt fat off like crazy but for a steady burn without the clen misery it's pretty cool.
man i'm in the same boat just waiting for that video lol. from what i've read it targets the beta-3 receptors which is mostly brown fat so it's a way different vibe than clen which hits beta-2. it’s technically an overactive bladder med so dont be surprised if you find yourself going to the bathroom way less often haha.
i used betmiga 25mg for a bit just to test the waters. honestly it’s very mild. if clen is a 10/10 for intensity mirabegron is like a 3/10. but i actually prefer that because i can still function at my job without looking like a vibrating leaf lol. its worth it if you're already lean and just trying to get that last bit of stubborn fat off.
vigorous steve always finds the most random pharma stuff lol. i tried it at 50mg and the only side effect i had was a slight headache the first few days. it stacks really well with caffeine. it's definitely not a "classic" yet but if you hate the clen jitters its a godsend. just a bit expensive if you dont have a good source.
it's definitely "clen lite" for people who value their sleep lol. i did 50mg a day and noticed my body temp stayed about 0.5 degrees higher than usual. nothing life changing but every little bit helps when you're deep in a cut. plus you dont get those awful muscle cramps that clen gives you.
honestly i think it's better than clen for long term use because it doesnt mess with your heart as much. i've been on 50mg for 6 weeks and i'm definitely staying tighter than usual even on higher carbs. just dont expect to "feel" it working... if you're looking for that cracked out feeling you'll be disappointed.
i actually found a box of betmiga in my cabinet because my wife was prescribed it for bladder issues lol! i did some digging and realized it's the same stuff steve was talking about. i’ve been taking 50mg for two weeks and i feel... nothing? but the scale is moving down a bit faster so i guess it's doing something in the background.
its 100% worth looking into if you have high blood pressure or a sensitive heart. clen is honestly kind of dangerous if you aren't careful but mirabegron is way safer. the results are slower for sure but you won't feel like you're dying every time you walk up a flight of stairs.
i'm still waiting for the video too!! i heard him say in a livestream that it works better if you stack it with something like a glp-1. if you're already on reta or tirz it might be a nice little cherry on top for the fat loss. i'm planning on ordering some soon to see if it lives up to the hype.
stick to the classics if you want fast results and don't mind the side effects. mirabegron is for the "slow and steady" crowd who wants to stay healthy while they cut. i ran it at 100mg once (dont do that lol) and it gave me a bit of an upset stomach but at 50mg it was totally fine.
man i feel you on the impatience lol i keep refreshing his channel for that deep dive. i actually managed to grab some betmiga 50mg and i've been running it for about 3 weeks now. the best way i can describe it is "silent clen." you don't get the cold sweats or the finger tremors which is a huge relief for me since i work in an office and can't be shaking during presentations. it's definitely slower, but i feel like my fasted cardio sessions are way more productive. if you're looking for a "vibe" you won't find it here, but the mirror doesn't lie—it definitely helps you stay a bit more vascular even when you're tired. i'd say it's worth a shot if you're tired of the clen side effects!
