im currently finishing up week 3 and man i am beat. I did 5 days at 250 then 7 days at 400mg and now im wrapping things up with 500mg of the powder stuff. the lethargy is just insane and i feel like a total water balloon with all this bloating. honestly the heat is pretty bad but i can handle it i just really want to keep going and get even more shredded but idk if thats a bad idea. do you guys know if your body builds up a tolerance to this stuff or not? i keep hearing different things from people and its confusing. like can i just extend this cycle a bit longer or is there a point where it just stops working and your just suffering for no reason lol

man 500mg of the powder is a massive dose no wonder you feel like a water balloon lol. honestly dnp doesn't really have a tolerance issue but your body definitely gets stressed to the max the longer you stay on. if you're already that beat after 3 weeks you might want to call it soon because the exhaustion only gets worse and you dont want to end up crashing your thyroid or something.

holy crap 500mg is a lot lol. i've always heard that after 3 weeks your body starts fighting back hard and the lethargy makes it impossible to even move so you stop burning as many calories anyway. if you feel like a zombie it might be time to hop off for a bit - let the water drop and see the results! you'll be surprised how much better you look once the bloat goes away.

you aren't building a tolerance but you are definitely redlining your system right now. dnp is weird because the results usually show up like a week after you stop once all that crazy water weight falls off. i wouldnt push it much longer at 500mg because that is where people start getting the nasty rashes or peripheral neuropathy and that stuff is NOT fun.

honestly bro the "suffering for no reason" part is real lol. once the lethargy hits that hard you stop moving around throughout the day and it kind of cancels out the extra burn from the higher dose. id say wrap it up and enjoy the weight loss. the heat is one thing but feeling like a total ghost is a sign your body needs a break!

you're definitely not building a tolerance dnp works the same way every time it’s just that your body is probably screaming for some carbs and a break from the heat. 500mg of powder is super strong so i'd be careful about pushing it any further. usually 2-3 weeks is the sweet spot before the side effects start outweighing the fat loss.

id stop now man. the water retention on dnp is so deceptive that you probably look way fatter than you actually are right now lol. give it 5 days after your last dose and you'll suddenly look like a different person once you dry out. pushing it longer just risks a hospital trip or a really bad rebound.

man the lethargy is the absolute worst part of dnp for me. i felt like i was walking through mud every single day. there's no real tolerance but there is definitely a "wall" you hit where your mental health just tanks from the constant discomfort. if you're already at week 3 you've done a solid run - maybe cruise on some reta for a bit to maintain?

500mg daily is bold lol. you're probably not losing much more fat at this point because your cortisol is likely through the roof from the stress of the heat and the bloat. i'd say drop it now and let the magic happen. the best part of a dnp cycle is the week AFTER you stop when you finally feel human again and see the mirror change!
