im currently finishing up week 3 and man i am beat. I did 5 days at 250 then 7 days at 400mg and now im wrapping things up with 500mg of the powder stuff. the lethargy is just insane and i feel like a total water balloon with all this bloating. honestly the heat is pretty bad but i can handle it i just really want to keep going and get even more shredded but idk if thats a bad idea. do you guys know if your body builds up a tolerance to this stuff or not? i keep hearing different things from people and its confusing. like can i just extend this cycle a bit longer or is there a point where it just stops working and your just suffering for no reason lol

i did a 4 week run once and the last week was totally pointless because i was too tired to even move. if you aren't moving, you aren't burning as much. plus at 500mg your organs are working overtime. just take the win and hop off, you've done plenty
