What are your honest thoughts on DNP? I’m sitting around 23-25% body fat right now and I’m looking at doing an 8-day blast. My plan is to start with 400mg for the first two days and then drop it down to 200mg for the rest of the week. I’m definitely adding T3 to the mix and I’m considering throwing in some T4 as well.
A buddy of mine did a cycle almost exactly like this and he got some really good results from it, so it's got me thinking. On top of all that, I was considering adding 2mg of Retatrutide just to keep things moving. Am I just being an idiot here or does this actually sound like a viable plan?
man dnp is no joke and at 25% body fat you might be better off just sticking to the reta for a while first. dnp is literally poison and if you mess up the dose or get too hot it can go south so fast. 400mg is a pretty heavy start too- i'd honestly just stay at 200mg the whole time if you're dead set on doing it. stay safe man and drink way more water than you think you need!
honestly you're playing with fire with that combo lol. dnp plus t3 is gonna have you sweating through your bedsheets every single night and feeling like absolute death. i get the urge to drop the fat fast but man the side effects are brutal. the reta will definitely help with the hunger but just be careful not to overheat because dnp literally cooks you from the inside out.
idk man 8 days feels super short for dnp anyway since it takes a few days just to build up in your system. by the time it really starts working you'll be stopping. also be careful with the t3 because dnp already shreds your metabolism so you might end up feeling like a zombie. just make sure you aren't doing any heavy cardio or you're gonna pass out for sure.
your buddy might have had a good run but everyone reacts differently to that stuff. dnp is the only compound that actually scares me tbh. 400mg is a lot for a "start" - usually guys start low to see if they're allergic first because a dnp allergy is a straight trip to the ER. stay near an air conditioner and don't plan on doing anything productive that week!
adding reta to dnp is an interesting move but honestly dnp is so powerful on its own you probably wont even need the extra boost. just watch your electrolytes like a hawk because you're gonna be leaking water from every pore in your body. it works for sure but man it is a miserable experience the whole time - just being real with you!
dude seriously be careful with DNP. 400mg is a lot to start with especially if you haven't run it before. it builds up in your system so those first two days might feel fine but by day 5 you’re gonna be sweating through your mattress and feeling like a furnace. honestly at 25% bf you could probably drop a ton just with the reta and a solid deficit without the risk of literal organ failure from the dnp.
dnp is the one thing i wont touch man. the "therapeutic window" is so small that what works for your buddy could legit put you in the hospital. plus adding t3 and t4 on top of it is just asking for a racing heart and zero sleep. if you're set on it at least start at 200mg and stay there to see how you react. you cant "un-take" it once it's in you!
why the rush for an 8-day blast? at 25% body fat you have plenty of "easy" weight to lose before you need to resort to industrial chemicals lol. the reta alone will kill your appetite and get the scale moving. dnp just makes you miserable, lethargic, and yellow. not worth the trade off imo but stay safe if you go through with it.
400mg is a death dose for some people man no joke. and stacking it with t3 is redundant because dnp already cooks you from the inside out. your heart is gonna be working overtime with that combo + the reta. i'd seriously rethink this or at least have someone checking in on you daily to make sure your temp isnt hitting triple digits
