hey everyone i was hoping to get some advice on whether adding some gh into the mix with retatrutide is a smart move.. im asking for a 55 year old woman who has already dropped 30kg which is great but she still has another 30kg to lose before shes at her goal. the weight is coming off fine but the loose skin is starting to become a real problem and we're getting a bit worried about it
do you guys think growth hormone would actually help speed up the fat loss and maybe help tighten the skin up a bit as she keeps going? and if it is a good idea what would the best dosing look like.. im wondering how many units a day she should be taking and if there's a specific time she should be pinning it to get the most out of it
any help would be awesome thanks!
first off congrats to her on the 30kg - that is a massive win! hgh is definitely a good call for skin elasticity especially at 55. it wont magically snap everything back if there is a ton of extra skin but it helps with the collagen big time. id say start her on 1 or 2 units right before bed. it also helps with the sleep which is a nice bonus.
honestly at 55 gh is like the fountain of youth lol. it might not "speed up" the fat loss as much as the reta does but it'll definitely help her look better as she drops the weight. 1-2 units a day is plenty for skin and anti-aging stuff. just make sure she sticks with it because it takes a few months to really see the skin changes.
the loose skin struggle is real man. gh helps for sure but tell her to keep her protein high too! for dosing i’d keep it low - maybe 1.5 units a day. if she goes too high she might get some swelling in her hands which is annoying. pinning at night is usually best so it mimics the natural spike.
