man i dont know if its because i did intermittent fasting for so long or what but i just cant seem to get all my food in lately. like honestly im usually good with just 3 protein shakes and then maybe one or two decent sized healthy meals and i feel totally full. it feels like everyone is always saying you gotta eat a specific amount and spread it out across 5 meals a day but i just dont see how people do it.

just trying to see what other folks are doing for there diets i guess because im definitely not doing anything too crazy right now. besides my normal weekly TRT from my doctor i just started adding 50mg of test p every 3 days and a little bit of deca to help with joint pain- also just started 1mg of tesamorelin at night. anyone else deal with this or have tips on how to actually eat more when your just not hungry?

man honestly with that much gear and the tesamorelin on top your metabolism is probably revving but your hunger just hasn't caught up. tesa can definitely mess with your appetite at first. i usually just force down a tablespoon of peanut butter here and there - it adds up fast without making you feel stuffed.

if you're doing 3 shakes a day already you're basically drinking half your calories lol. maybe try making the shakes more calorie dense? throw in some oats or almond butter. eating 5 meals a day is a full time job i dont know how the pro bodybuilder guys do it without losing their minds.

the deca always makes my joints feel amazing but it never really boosted my hunger like some people say. if youre feeling full just listen to your body man. as long as the weights are going up in the gym and you aren't losing weight then maybe you dont need as much as you think?

intermittent fasting definitely shrinks the stomach after a while. i had to "retrain" myself to eat breakfast again and it sucked for like two weeks. maybe try just adding one small snack every few hours instead of trying to hit a whole extra meal?

bro 50mg of prop every 3 days on top of trt is a decent little bump. you might find your hunger spikes in a week or two once those blood levels stabilize. for now just focus on the protein and dont stress the total calories too much if you feel good.

lol i'm the opposite i could eat a house on a cycle. but seriously try drinking your calories more. fruit juice or even just Gatorade during your workout can help get some easy carbs in without filling your stomach up with fiber and bulk.

tesamorelin at night usually makes me wake up starving - weird that it's doing the opposite for you! are you pinning it right before bed? maybe try moving it a little earlier and see if that changes anything.

3 protein shakes and 2 meals sounds like plenty honestly if the meals are big. the whole "5-6 small meals a day" thing is kinda old school anyway. if your hitting your macros and feeling strong i wouldnt overcomplicate it.

ive been there... sometimes the "clean" food is just too high volume. like its hard to eat 10oz of chicken and a pound of broccoli. try swapping the veg for something more condensed or use white rice instead of brown so it digests faster and you're hungry again sooner.

man i'm in the exact same boat. once you get used to that fasting window it's like your stomach shrinks and stays that way. but honestly it’s probably the tesamorelin making it worse - that stuff always kills my appetite right after i pin it. if you're hitting your protein goals with the shakes i wouldn't stress the 5 meals a day thing too much, that old school "bro" advice is mostly overkill anyway.

the deca might actually help you out in a few weeks since it usually makes people ravenous lol but for now maybe try adding some "easy" calories to those shakes? like throw in some almond butter or oats. i can never eat 5 meals either, i'd spend my whole day in the kitchen. as long as the weight isnt dropping off you're probably fine just listening to your body.

its the tesa for sure!! i started 1mg a night a few months back and i literally forgot to eat lunch like three days in a row. it’s great for the belly fat but sucks for trying to bulk. try eating your biggest meal in the morning before you get busy and the suppression kicks in. also test p makes me a bit revved up and less hungry too so you got a lot going on at once haha

dude i feel u... the 5 meals a day thing is a full time job. i switched to "liquid calories" for half my day just to keep up. maybe try doing a high calorie shake right before bed? since youre pinning the tesa at night anyway it might help to have some fuel in the system. also watch your digestion on the deca- sometimes it can slow things down and make u feel bloated/full longer.

tbh 3 shakes and 2 meals is plenty as long as the portions are big enough. i think people overcomplicate the "timing" thing way too much. if you really need to get more in just stop drinking water 30 mins before you eat - it saves room in your stomach lol. but yeah, dont force it to the point of being miserable, thats a quick way to hate training.
