if ur really worried about kids later on then definitely use hcg from the start. and make sure u have an ai like arimidex on hand just in case u start getting itchy nips or bloat even at 250mg.

prop hits fast so make sure ur bloodwork is done right before u pin. if u wait too long the levels will already be shifting. good luck man, keep us posted on how the first pin goes

for the bloodwork you definitely want total and free test, e2 (sensitive), and a full metabolic panel for your liver and kidneys. don't skip the lipids either-u want to see what your hdl and ldl are doing before u start.

honestly running hcg on cycle is the way to go if you're worried about the boys shrinking or long term fertility. much easier to keep things running than trying to jumpstart a dead engine during pct lol. 250iu twice a week is usually plenty.

just a heads up that test prop means pinning every day or every other day at least. for a first cycle it can be a lot of needles-maybe consider test e or cyp if u want a smoother ride? but 250mg is a smart dose to start with.

definitely run the hcg during the cycle. it makes pct so much easier because your body hasn't totally forgotten how to produce its own stuff. and make sure u get your prolactin checked in those labs too just in case.

for bloods make sure u get cbc too to check your hematocrit. test can make your blood pretty thick so its good to have a baseline. for pct just stick to the serms and leave the hcg for the actual cycle - good luck man!
