Hey everyone,

I'm looking to get a solid thread going about DHB. I’m really curious to hear from anyone who has actually run it - what did you love about it, and what were the downsides?

I’m planning out a run where I eventually work my way up to around 540mg a week. If you’ve got any tips, stories, or just want to weigh in on how it worked for you, please jump in! I’d appreciate any info or conversations you guys are willing to share.

540mg a week of dhb is a solid dose but man... watch out for the pip (post injection pain). some brands are smoother than others but usually it feels like getting kicked by a horse for the first few weeks lol. the look it gives you is 100% worth it though - super dry and grainy.

dhb is basically my favorite compound but i can never run it as high as i want because of the night sweats. its like tren-lite in that department for me. if you can handle the heat and the pinning pain then you're gonna love the strength gains.

just a heads up - dhb can sometimes crush your crp levels or just make you feel generally "inflamed" if that makes sense? i'd keep some ibuprofen or something on hand just in case. but yeah the physical transformation is usually pretty insane compared to just running more test.

I ran 400mg last year and it was way better than mast or primo for me. 540mg sounds like a sweet spot if your gear is dosed right. just make sure your injecting slow and maybe rotate sites more than usual since it can be pretty harsh on the muscle tissue.

Love the results but hate the process lol. The pip is real. My advice? Mix it in the same syringe with some test or something "thinner" to help it go down easier. If you try to do a big bolus of straight dhb your gonna be limping for a week straight haha.

honestly the best thing about dhb is how it makes you look even when your not at your leanest. it just has this way of hardening everything up. downside for me was definitely the hair thinning - if your prone to that just keep an eye on it!

540mg is a beefy dose! I tried 500 once and had to back down to 300 because the "dhb flu" hit me so hard. if you start feeling like you have a fever but you aren't actually sick just know its probably the gear. once that passes though the gym sessions are incredible.

Ran DHB last year - strength went up fast and I looked dry as hell, which I loved. Downside was the injections… kinda brutal not gonna lie

It treated me well for recomp - slow but very clean gains. Appetite tanked though, had to force food most days. If you struggle eating just heads up

Honestly felt like a “hardening” compound more than a size one for me. Looked great in photos but scale barely moved lol

PIP was the worst part by far - warmed the oil and split doses which helped a bit. Once it kicked in tho… strength was nuts

I liked it but sleep got weird and I was more irritable than usual. Not horrible, just noticeable. Still tempted to run it again
