I’m seriously thinking about starting the Atkins diet on the 27th, since that lines up with when I plan to begin using clenbuterol and Equipoise. The goal is to drop body fat while tightening things up overall. Right now I’m considering around 375 mg of EQ per week, plus clen at 80 mcg on a 3 days on / 2 days off schedule, and then using an ECA stack on the days I’m off clen.

I currently weigh about 245 lbs with roughly 23% body fat. If I run this for a 10-week cycle, what kind of results could I realistically expect?

Also, watch that Clen/ECA rotation. Your heart is going to be pinned at like 100bpm just sitting on the couch, so keep an eye on your blood pressure. If you can push through the "keto flu" and the Clen shakes, you'll definitely tighten up and see some veins popping, but don't be surprised if the EQ doesn't really show its face until the very end of the cycle. Honestly, the biggest challenge is going to be the cravings while that EQ is revving up your appetite!

that’s a pretty heavy combo tbh, clen and ECA together can really push your heart rate and make things rough fast. if you do go ahead just keep an eye on how you feel day to day, sometimes simpler diet and consistency ends up doing more than stacking everything at once

man that’s a pretty aggressive stack for a cut, especially stacking clen and ECA like that. not saying people don’t do it, just feels like overkill and rough on your heart for what you’re trying to get out of it. honestly at your stats you could drop a ton of fat just tightening diet and running something simpler

at your stats you could drop a solid amount just tightening diet and maybe running one thing instead of stacking everything. eq is slow too so 10 weeks is kinda meh for it, you might not even see it fully do its thing

not gonna lie man that sounds like a whole lotta moving parts just to diet down. at 23 percent you could probably make some stupid good progress just tightening calories and training before tossing clen eca AND eq into the blender all at once. also clen plus eca rotation can get real sketchy real fast when your heart starts acting like its trying to escape your chest. eq isnt exactly some magic fat melter either and for some guys it just turns into eat everything in sight mode. feels like one of those setups where people think more compounds means more results when sometimes it just means more side effects while dieting like crap anyway lol

EQ is also pretty slow moving so in a 10 week window it’s not really doing much in terms of “fat loss” itself, more just background support if anything. you’ll probably notice changes more from appetite control and training output than actual direct recomposition from it
