for about the last week ive been getting super lightheaded and kinda shaky outta nowhere happens like 2 or 3 times a day lasts a few minutes then goes away just as fast
right now im running 750mg a week of IP sust 50mg dbol every day and 600mg IP deca so im wondering if the dbol could be causing it or something else going on
had my blood pressure checked recently it was 149 85 so yeah a bit high but not insane either
this is my 5th cycle and ive never had this happen before so its kinda freaking me out a little any ideas what it could be
That sounds like a classic case of your blood sugar taking a nose dive, man. Dbol is notorious for messing with your insulin sensitivity, and when you’re running 50mg a day—which is a hefty dose—your body can get a bit "efficient" at shunting glucose out of your blood, leaving you feeling like you’re about to pass out.
That shakiness and the world spinning is a dead ringer for your blood sugar hitting the floor. Dbol at 50mg is a massive dose, and it can make your body get weirdly aggressive with how it processes carbs, basically dumping your blood sugar levels out of nowhere. It’s like your engine is revving at redline but the fuel line keeps flickering.

next time it happens try drinking a glass of orange juice or eating something with quick carbs and see if you feel better within ten minutes. if that fixes it then you know it's definitely a glucose issue and you might need to back off the dbol or at least be way more careful with your meal timing. 50mg a day is a hefty dose and even if you've cruised through four cycles before your body can start reacting differently as you get older or as the total load adds up. dont mess around with feeling lightheaded while you're training though because passing out with a loaded barbell is a nightmare scenario!
honestly 149/85 is definitely high enough to give you some weird head pressure too but the shakiness is the real giveaway. try carrying some glucose tabs or even just a Gatorade and see if sipping that when it hits makes it go away. if it does then you know it's your blood sugar and you might need to scale back that dbol dose or at least eat more frequently. stay safe man because passing out mid set is no joke lol.
bro random dizzy shaky spells on 750 sust 600 deca and 50 dbol is not really the “guess i’ll just see what happens” category lol. that stack can have your blood pressure blood sugar estrogen and water retention all doing stupid shit at once. dbol especially can make things feel weird fast, so i’d be checking more than just bp because your body might be waving a giant “yo chill” sign right now.
if it was me i’d stop guessing which compound is guilty and actually get proper labs and BP readings through the day, because this is one of those situations where your body is clearly telling you something’s off.
not gonna lie random shaky dizzy episodes on that much gear would have me paying attention real quick cause that’s a lot more than just “maybe the dbol feels strong today” lol. could be blood pressure spikes, blood sugar doing dumb shit, hematocrit climbing, estrogen going wild, honestly with sust dbol and deca all swinging at once there’s a whole squad of suspects. the “comes fast then disappears” part especially would make me wanna actually check stuff instead of guessing before your body decides to get even louder about it.
yeah that combo could definitely be contributing, especially the dbol. those sudden lightheaded shaky spells sound a lot like blood pressure swings or glucose swings, and dbol is pretty notorious for messing with both water balance and pressure in unpredictable ways
50mg dbol on top of 750 sust and 600 deca is a pretty heavy setup man lol. could be water retention or hematocrit creeping up too not just the bp number itself
