why does it feel like everyone just jumps straight to mast or primo now instead of just using an AI to actually keep their e2 in check - honestly on my current blast ive noticed that using an AI works way better for actually packing on mass plus you can still look pretty lean if your e2 control is on point. i get that it takes more work and money because you gotta stay on top of bloodwork and stuff but i feel like people are just abusing mast and primo when there not even lean enough to see the benefits and all they end up doing is nuking their lipids and losing their hair for no reason.
maybe people think the primo approach is easier on the liver but i really doubt a short term AI run during a blast is that big of a deal i mean women literally take them for breast cancer treatment long term and there not dropping dead from liver failure right away. plus you see trt clinics handing them out like candy to guys every week so they cant be that toxic. just seems like a lot of dudes are overcomplicating things when a simple AI would probably give them better results without the extra side effects from more compounds
yeah i think a lot of guys just hate the idea of “managing” estrogen so they try to sidestep it completely with primo or mast and call it a day. like mentally it feels cleaner to them even if it’s not actually better lol. but then they end up crushed e2, dry joints, trash lipids and wondering why they feel like crap
yeah i kinda agree but i think it’s more about how people feel than what actually works best on paper. a lot of guys hate the way AIs make them feel when they overshoot even a little, like joints get dry, mood goes weird, libido tanks out of nowhere. so they’d rather just throw in mast or primo and let it “balance” things even if it’s not as precise.
like yeah an AI can absolutely clean things up but once you’re dialing it up and down all the time on a heavy blast it gets kinda tricky to keep everything smooth without feeling like you’re always chasing sides
spot on man people treat AIs like they're poison now when in reality a tiny bit of arimidex or aromasin is way more predictable than trying to balance your hormones with massive amounts of primo. the whole "primo as an AI" thing is such a trend lately but i see guys running like 600mg of it and then wondering why their hair is falling out and their hdl is basically zero. if you just use a small dose of an AI you get to keep that high test environment which is way better for actually growing and you dont have to worry about the extra dht compounds trashing your bloodwork.
i get what you’re saying but i think the reason people drift toward mast or primo isn’t just laziness, it’s more that they’re trying to avoid the constant e2 rollercoaster that comes with dialing AIs wrong. even when you “do it right” it can swing you from high e2 to low e2 pretty quick and both ends can mess with training and how you feel
i kinda agree though, some dudes are running enough primo to buy a used car just to avoid taking half an aromasin tab twice a week lol
