Hey everyone,

I’m trying to figure out if Primobolan actually shines at higher doses or if you hit a point of diminishing returns. Right now, I'm debating whether staying around 400-500mg is plenty—especially when it's stacked with a solid base of Test and some NPP-or if it’s actually worth pushing things up to the 700-800mg range for better results.

I’d love to see more gains, but I also don't want to just burn through gear if the extra mg won't really move the needle that much. What do you guys think?

honestly 400-500mg is usually the sweet spot for most guys. primo is expensive as hell so pushing it to 800mg is a lot of money just to see a tiny bit more "polish" on your physique. if you've already got test and npp in there you're probably better off staying where you're at.

The main issue with pushing primo that high is what it does to your e2. at 700-800mg it acts like a massive AI and you might end up crashing your estrogen unless your test is also super high. i'd stick to the lower range and save your money for the next blast.

i've ran it both ways and honestly the difference between 500 and 800 wasn't as big as i hoped. you get a bit flatter and dryer but the actual muscle growth didn't seem to change much. plus the sheer volume of oil you have to pin at 800mg is a total nightmare lol.

primo is definitely a "slow and steady" compound. pushing the dose doesn't necessarily make it work faster it just makes the side effects (like hair thinning if you're prone) show up sooner. 500mg with npp is a killer stack already man you'll definitely see gains with that.

if you really want to move the needle i'd just keep the primo where it is and maybe slightly bump the npp or test. primo is great for that aesthetic look but it's not a huge mass builder so doubling the dose usually isn't worth it in my experience.

man i tried 700mg once and my hair started shedding like crazy lol. jumped back down to 400mg and felt way better. since you're already running a "solid base" of other stuff you're likely hitting that point of diminishing returns already. more isn't always better!

honestly man, primo is one of those things where "more" usually just means more oil to pin and a flatter wallet. if you're already running test and npp, those are doing the heavy lifting for your actual mass. the primo at 400-500 is just there to keep you looking dry and grainy, so pushing it to 800 might just be overkill unless your trying to step on stage or something. i'd save the extra gear for later.

From what I’ve seen, Primo is kinda a slow burn - 400-500 with solid Test already looks great for most people. Jumping to 800 just drains the wallet fast 😅 unless you’re prepping for something serious.

I ran it around 500 and honestly loved the look - super clean gains, no bloat. Personally didn’t feel the need to go higher, but everyone responds different 🤷‍♂️

Primo is amazing but man it gets expensive quick lol. If your diet and training are dialed in, 500 should already be doing plenty. More isn’t always more

I’ve heard the diminishing returns thing too. Guys push it high mostly for that “polished” look, not massive size jumps. If you’re growing now, I’d probably ride it out 👍

Not gonna lie, 700-800 sounds nice on paper but my bank account would start crying 😂 If your stack is already solid, you’re probably in the sweet spot tbh
