Hey everyone!

I'm currently running a TRT-style protocol at 100mg every four days. I just got my latest bloodwork back and the results are pretty crazy - my total testosterone is sitting somewhere above 34 ng/ml. That’s actually the highest my lab even tracks, so I don't even know what the real number is. To make matters worse, my estrogen is also through the roof at 119 pg/ml.

I’m starting to think the 200mg Cypionate I'm using is massively overdosed. Does that seem like the only logical explanation here, or am I missing something? I’d love to hear what you guys think is going on.

that does sound wild but i wouldn’t jump straight to “overdosed gear” yet. some labs report in weird units and it can look way crazier than it is. also timing of the blood draw matters a lot, like if you pulled right after a shot it’ll spike hard. i’d retest at trough before changing anything just to be sure you’re not chasing a bad read

that 119 estrogen is no joke either—i bet you are feeling like a bloated emotional wreck right now lol. i would definitely drop that dose down immediately like maybe cut it in half and see where you land in a few weeks because walking around with levels that high for "trt" is basically just a permanent blast. check the label again but yeah it sounds like you got some super spicy oil there man!

that does sound kinda wild for that dose not gonna lie. either it’s overdosed or your body just responds crazy strong to it. i’ve seen some people hit way higher numbers than expected even on what should be a normal trt dose.

some people just respond ridiculously well, plus depending when you pulled bloods you might’ve caught yourself closer to peak than you realize. SHBG, metabolism, injection frequency… all that can make numbers look way crazier.

but yeah test that high with e2 at 119 would absolutely make me side eye the vial too. i’d probably compare with another batch before assuming your body suddenly became a testosterone super reactor 😅

that’s definitely wild for what’s basically not even a huge dose on paper but before assuming your vial is test from another dimension id be looking hard at when you pulled labs cause timing can make stuff look absolutely insane. if you somehow tested near peak plus you’re just a strong responder or low shbg or whatever, numbers can get goofy fast. overdosed gear is possible sure but i wouldn’t crown that the answer til you rule out the boring stuff first.
