just a heads up that EQ stays in your system forever because of the long ester. if it does crash your estrogen you'll be stuck feeling like crap for weeks even after you stop pinning it. definitely better to play it safe on your first run and just stick to the test cyp

500mg test is a massive jump from 250, so you're gonna feel like a beast regardless. if your e2 is only 27 right now, that EQ is basically a landmine waiting to go off lol. id honestly just stick to the test solo and see how high your e2 goes—it might actually land in a "sweet spot" without needing any help from the eq.

man 50lbs down is a killer achievement, seriously. if you want lean muscle, 500 test is plenty. i ran eq at 300 once and it gave me weird anxiety and tanked my hdl, so if your bloods are already looking "great" i wouldn't mess with success. maybe just up the test and keep the eq in the drawer for a rainy day.

definitely drop the pics if you can! but yeah, the "safe" play is always test only. since your on trt for life anyway you got plenty of time to experiment later. 500 test is going to be a night and day difference from 100mg trt, trust me you wont be disappointed.

if you really want to run the EQ maybe lower the dose to like 150-200mg just for the vascularity and endurance perks? but yeah with your bloodwork i'd be super careful. i'm a low aromatizer too and even a tiny bit of an ai or eq makes me feel like garbage. test only for a first cycle is the gold standard for a reason anyway
