honestly try PPL for 6-8 weeks and see. worst case you go back, best case you recover better and grow more

bro splits work especially when you’re young and recovering well

the “optimal” stuff matters way less than people online say

hitting a muscle twice a week can help but it’s not magic

you might actually grow more doing less if recovery improves

switching to PPL doesn’t mean losing gains- just distributing work

Training everything twice a week can be better for most people because it spaces out volume and recovery, but your insane sets might already cover that in a single session

PPL could work if you want more frequency, but yeah you’ll probably need to dial back total sets per muscle so you don’t burn out

a lot of it comes down to consistency + eating. Split style is secondary if you’re hitting it hard like you are

Maybe try a hybrid for a few weeks—keep some high-volume sessions, then hit the muscles again later in the week. Best of both worlds without dropping your intensity
