if youre doing a marathon id actually say neither lol. but if u have to pick one, go with tbol at a low dose. anavar will make your muscles way too tight for a long distance stride. also make sure youre taking plenty of taurine to help with the cramping!
i do a lot of cycling and tbol is the goat for steady state cardio. you just feel like you have an extra gear when you're pushing uphill. var is great for the beach but for "go" instead of "show" tbol wins every time.
just stick to the test cruise if u can. but if u really want the boost go with tbol at like 20mg. anything higher and the pumps might still ruin your gait. also maybe look into eq? it’s usually the king for red blood cell count and endurance
