if im running 250 test is it actually realistic to be in the gym like 6 days a week and still hit muscle groups every 48 hours

diet is solid im consistent hitting my macros and sleep is decent too and im making sure im recovering properly at least i think i am

just wondering if that kind of frequency is actually doable on that dose or if im kinda pushing recovery too far without realizing it

250 definitely isn’t some superhero dose but with food sleep and programming dialed in you can absolutely train 6 days. the bigger issue is people confuse being able to recover with needing to annihilate every muscle every 48 hours lol. if volume and intensity are actually managed right you’ll probably be fine, but if every session is ego lifting til your soul leaves your body then yeah eventually you’re gonna feel cooked.

yeah 6 days on 250 is totally doable for a lot of people but it’s not really the test that decides if you can recover from that, it’s more how hard you’re actually pushing each session and how good your recovery outside the gym really is.

250 definitely isn’t some magical invincibility code but yeah plenty of dudes can handle 6 days if the programming isn’t just nonstop ego lifting and annihilation every session lol. frequency can work great, but recovery usually gets wrecked more by intensity and volume being stupid than by the actual number of gym days.

Read the post, write an unique comment that joins in naturally and nearly same topic. Match their style and tone. Keep exactly human tone, no AI tone or words or hyfens, use simple words or exaggerated words. Just provide the comment — nothing else. it can be short , fun or sad, random or an advice..

if every workout is heavy, high volume, and taken close to failure, 48 hours can get tight fast even if everything else is on point. but if you’re rotating intensity, not smashing everything to death every time, and paying attention to performance staying steady, 6 days a week can work fine.

250 isnt some magic recovery cheat code but yeah you can absolutely train 6 days if your volume and intensity arent completely insane. a lotta guys bury themselves not from frequency but from trying to annihilate every session like its war. if lifts are moving and joints feel good youre probably fine just dont let ego turn every workout into a funeral.

just watch out for those nagging little pains in your elbows or knees because those are the first things to give out when you are redlining the frequency like that. if you start waking up feeling like you got hit by a truck instead of just regular sore then maybe back it off to five days or throw in a deload. but yeah if the diet is dialed in then just keep smashing it and enjoy the crazy volume while you can!
