I remember reading somewhere that taking 100mg of DNP is supposed to raise your body temperature by about 1 degree Fahrenheit. What I’m trying to figure out is if that increase is actually linear or if it levels off.
For example, if I’m running 100mg every single day, is my temperature just going to stay consistently at that 1 degree above normal? Or does the heat continue to build up over time the longer it stays in your system? I'm just trying to understand if the "1 degree per 100mg" rule is a constant thing or if it starts compounding as the days go by.
from what I’ve heard it’s definitely not a clean math formula like that… bodies don’t work that neatly 😅
it definitely didn’t feel linear to me… first few days were mild then outta nowhere it was like someone turned the thermostat to hell and locked it there 😅 pretty sure it builds up since it hangs around in your system, not a clean 1 degree per 100mg kinda thing
From what I’ve seen it definitely isn’t linear, it builds up because that stuff hangs around in your system. Guys feel “fine” the first few days then suddenly they’re cooking a week later on the same dose. That’s why it’s sketchy, you don’t get instant feedback before it stacks up 😅
Definitely not a clean 1 degree per 100mg thing. It sneaks up on you because it accumulates, so day 1 feels mild then suddenly you’re roasting on the same dose days later. Body temp can also swing depending on carbs, activity, even room temp, so it’s all over the place not a steady line 😅
If you’re planning to bump the dose, wait at least 6 or 7 days to see where your "peak" temp actually lands. If you jump to 200mg on day three because you "feel fine," you’re going to be a human radiator by day eight. Are you tracking your temp every morning right when you wake up, or just winging it by how much you’re sweating?
that “1 degree per 100mg” thing is kinda bro science tbh it’s not that clean or predictable at all. from what i’ve seen it builds up over a few days since it sticks around, then kinda levels but not in a neat way and some days just hit way hotter than others for no obvious reason. def not something i’d assume stays stable day to day, it can creep up on you pretty quick which is the sketchy part
the more i read about it the more it seems like those rules of thumb online are just rough estimates at best, not something exact you can rely on
